They look and feel great wearing them. I was also impressed how fast the shipping and customization was. Ufortunately, I have larger feet than most, so the heel was flat compared to the heel in the photo. I wish they would put max shoe size for the heel. I went a little larger to be safe than needed, but wonder if I could have squeezed in smaller size and gotten the heel size I wanted.

Came much quicker than expected and they're very high quality. The description and image are very accurate to the actual product and they're comfortable to walk in! The laces are a bit long but other than that, I'd say it's flawless!
